Our labor as citizens is to help the new ganeretions, and we should start in the poor areas in third world countries to beign with. THis video made me very sad as a Peruvian myself. I wish, I can have the power and skills to empower this children development and apply all my knowledge and experiences with my young compatriots. Thank you.
